Terms and Conditions 1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging with Core Gen IT for any of our services, including but not limited to web design, app development, digital marketing, domain registration, hosting, and SEO, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must refrain from using our services.

2. Services Offered

Core Gen IT provides the following services:

• Web Design and Development: Custom website creation, redesign, and maintenance.

• App Design and Development: Mobile and web application development.

• Digital Marketing: SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.

• Domain and Hosting: Domain registration, web hosting, and related services.

• SEO: Search engine optimization services to improve website visibility.

• Other Services: Any additional services agreed upon in writing.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide all necessary materials, content, and information required for the project in a timely manner.

• Ensure that all materials provided (e.g., logos, images, text) are free from legal disputes and do not infringe on any third-party rights.

• Designate a single point of contact for communication with Core Gen IT.

• Make timely payments as per the agreed payment schedule.

4. Payment Terms

• Pricing: All services are provided at the rates agreed upon in the project proposal or contract.

• Payment Schedule: A deposit of [X]% is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion or as per the agreed milestones.

• Late Payments: Late payments may incur a fee of [X]% per month or result in suspension of services until payment is received.

• Refunds: No refunds will be issued for completed work or services rendered.

5. Project Timeline

• Core Gen IT will provide an estimated timeline for project completion. Delays caused by the client (e.g., late submission of materials, feedback, or approvals) may extend the timeline.

• Core Gen IT is not liable for delays caused by third-party services (e.g., domain registrars, hosting providers).

6. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: Upon full payment, the client will own the final deliverables (e.g., website, app, designs). Core Gen IT retains the right to use the work for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Third-Party Materials: Any third-party materials (e.g., stock images, plugins) used in the project are subject to their respective licenses, and the client is responsible for compliance.

7. Revisions and Changes

• Core Gen IT allows [X] rounds of revisions for each project phase. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

• Any changes to the project scope after approval must be agreed upon in writing and may result in additional fees or timeline adjustments.

8. Domain and Hosting

• Domain Registration: Core Gen IT will register domains on behalf of the client. The client is responsible for renewing the domain and ensuring accurate contact information.

• Hosting: Core Gen IT provides hosting services as per the selected plan. The client is responsible for backing up their data and ensuring compliance with hosting terms.

• Transfer: If the client wishes to transfer their domain or hosting to another provider, Core Gen IT will assist with the process, subject to applicable fees.

9. SEO and Digital Marketing

• Guarantees: Core Gen IT does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or results for SEO and digital marketing services, as these depend on various external factors.

• Reporting: Core Gen IT will provide regular reports on campaign performance. The client is responsible for reviewing and providing feedback.

10. Confidentiality

• Core Gen IT agrees to keep all client information confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without the client’s consent.

• The client agrees to keep any proprietary information shared by Core Gen IT confidential.

11. Termination

• Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination:

  • The client must pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.

  • Core Gen IT will deliver any completed work to the client.

12. Limitation of Liability

• Core Gen IT is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.

• Core Gen IT’s total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

13. Force Majeure

• Core Gen IT is not liable for delays or failures in performance caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or third-party service disruptions.

14. Amendments

• Core Gen IT reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

15. Entire Agreement

• These Terms and Conditions, along with any signed proposal or contract, constitute the entire agreement between Core Gen IT and the client, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
